Conceived as a long-term cultural infrastructure, Pubblica_Lab combines artistic production, community participation and institutional development within a shared creative ecosystem.
Context
Pubblica_Lab was founded to decentralise access to contemporary art by creating an independent cultural infrastructure where artistic production, education and community participation could coexist beyond traditional institutional models.
Approach
The platform was developed through an integrated system combining institutional identity, spatial design, communication, operational structures and long-term strategic planning. Rather than functioning solely as a venue, it was conceived as an evolving ecosystem supporting exhibitions, festivals, residencies, workshops and collaborative initiatives.
Outcome
Pubblica_Lab has established the organisational and cultural foundations for an expanding programme of exhibitions, festivals, educational initiatives and international collaborations, positioning itself as an emerging cultural actor within the Abruzzo region.
