Creative Project Lead working across brand operations, editorial production, and cultural programming — three disciplines that, in practice, turn out to be the same job: building the systems that let a creative idea actually run.

My approach starts with understanding what a client or team actually needs, then building the tool that solves it — often using AI alongside everyday software like Google Sheets, Forms, and Apps Script, deliberately avoiding paid platforms or added subscriptions. The same instinct shows up whether I’m running a cultural festival or automating a small business’s order tracking: find the constraint, build around it, keep the cost down.

I’ve directed multi-program cultural initiatives from concept through execution, secured competitive public grants, negotiated sponsor and media partnerships, and produced festivals and campaigns under real logistical and financial limits. In parallel, I design the operational infrastructure behind that work — automated tracking systems, dashboards, workflow logic — so output doesn’t depend on constant manual effort to hold together.

The three résumés below present that same body of work through three different lenses — digital operations, brand and editorial production, and cultural program leadership — because the roles I’m suited for genuinely span all three, and any single one would undersell the others.

Toolkit: Brand and event operations · Editorial and print production · Digital workflow automation (Google Sheets, Forms, Apps Script, AI-assisted tooling) · Cross-functional leadership and training · UX-informed website and platform development

Three résumés, one person.

I don’t sit neatly inside one job title — I’ve run cultural programs, built brand systems, and automated the operations behind both, often in the same week. Flattening that into a single generic CV would undersell all three, so I didn’t. I wrote one for each way I actually work.

Pick whichever matches what you’re looking for. The other two are just a different part of the same story.
